Convenient location with great service, my husband and I always get our eye examinations done here since we moved to Markham and never need to go anywhere else for our eye care and optical needs. We like to support our local Family Optometry practice here in BoxGrove center, Markham I have bought a pair of nice sunglasses with my prescription lenses here too! It was a great experience , Lakshan was very pleasant and provided excellent service while selecting the frames and getting the new lenses with tinting done. Also provided discounted rate. I just wanted to take a minute to appreciate the amazing service I received from both Dr.Sasitharan and staff! Dr.Sasitharan was so informative and thorough through my eye exam! She explained everything step by step and took her time. I honestly appreciate how easy and seamless the process was. The atmosphere at this location is very inviting and friendly. My child had recently got his first pair of glasses from another store, but after a couple of days, they were hurting him. Since we were in the neighbourhood yesterday, we stopped in at RevitalEyes and asked if they could adjust them for him. Not only did they adjust them at no charge (as they say on their website), they didn't rush through it and answered all the questions of a worried mom. I am so relieved my child can wear their glasses in comfort, and really appreciate that we were made to feel valued even though we weren't (yet!) clients. I have been coming to this optometrist’s office for a few years now, first under the previous optometrist and now with Dr Mathuraa Sasitharan. The care and service have always been excellent. The staff have been friendly, respectful and helpful each time. Dr Sasitharan is very thorough and takes the time to explain things clearly. She is thoughtful and makes sure I feel comfortable and informed during every visit. I also want to give a special shoutout to Lakshan on the current team. He is quite knowledgeable and went above and beyond during my last visit. He kindly adjusted a pair of glasses I already had when I mentioned it kept falling down. It was not something he had to do but he did it with patience and care. Thank you! Overall, this has been a consistently positive experience year after year. With having a stubborn stye eye Dr. Mathura worked with me to address my health concerns, rather than just telling you what to do. I haven’t been to see an optometrist for quite awhile and my experience at Revitaleyes was excellent! When I entered the clinic I was warmly greeted by the receptionist and staff. Dr. Mathuraa Sasitharan was very friendly and thoroughly answered all of the many questions I had. She explained everything she was doing during my eye exam which really put me at ease. I had a broken glasses frame that was completely dislocated. After visiting multiple opticians who couldn’t fix it, I finally came across Lakshan. He managed to sort it out within minutes. Super skilled and professional. What really surprised me was that he didn’t charge me anything, even though I didn’t originally buy the glasses from him. Great experience and I’m a new patient of Dr. Carvalho. Dr. Carvalho and assistant Jade was very professional, friendly and efficient. Nice and clean facility and followed the strict covid-19 cleaning protocols as well as allowing only certain amount of people inside the facility/clinic for proper social distancing. I think this place is so great! Love my glasses and my brother is really satisfied with his glasses as well!
